I had went to radio shack earlier in the week prior to purchasing these and was very tempted to purchase their apple headphones with mic but they were 29.99 and I could not see spending that much when all I wanted them for was to goof off with the IamTpain app so I came online and found these. I hated waiting to get them but it was worth it. these are PERFECT, crystal clear and super cheaper, I think I got these for like 6 bucks and I have had them for like 6 months and their still going strong

Nice low price, but poor sound quality. Got what I paid for...cheap product at a cheap price. Ordered this one with another similar earphone with mic design for iPod Touch, 16GB. Works. The other earphones sounded very similar to original Apple earphones that came with iPod. This one's sound quality is poor - tinny sounding music. Mike is not great either. Works, but quality of the product is all around cheap.
Won't order another set of these again, though I will do so with the eForcity earphones made for iPod & iPhone. In the meantime, these will sit in the drawer as a backup until the other set breaks. I'll only use these until a new set arrives.

This came into my mailbox within 5 days. It is very well built, it even includes a soft padding to wrap around the earphones for comfort. The sound quality isn't as well as the normal iPod earphones BUT, the bass equalizer seems to be pretty strong with these earphones. The mic quality makes me speechless... It is perfection! Crystal clear and very sturdy but sometimes, my iPod touch 2nd Gen doesn't detect it but I just restart my iPod and it's all good.

Good replacement or for those that didn't come with one when you purchased your Apple product.

I bought this for my iPod touch to be able to use it as a phone (to replace the one it comes with) an the mic doesn't even work. Bullcrap. The headphones work, but not well. I wouldn't waste the time if it were free. Don't get

Its a good thing this was so cheap. It doesn't work with my 2nd gen ipod touch =(
