| Customer Reviews: Snowboard helmet speakers August 27, 2010 Colorado John (Denver, CO USA) These headphones were easy to adapt to my snowboarding helmet to replace an older broken set. The ear clip can be removed (they may break and may not be reusable)and the speakers fit between the hard shell and padded ear piece. The volume of these is much better than my last set, so they worked out great. The sound quality is also good. I've used my MP3 phone and an iPod as the source.
Great for sensitive ears August 10, 2010 Shauna (SUNMAN, India) I have small ears, so earbud-type headphones have never worked for me. I liked my son's NintendoDS headphones with this design, so decided to try them. They are comfortable, as long as you get the right degree of opening. Only function they lack is volume control, but good design for the price.
Pretty good July 16, 2010 W. C. Eby Like the other reviewer, the earpiece that holds these on my here snapped on one side. I have to admit, I was trying to stretch them to make them more comfortable. Instead of returning them, I just used a little super glue, and kept using them. And they've been pretty good for the year I've used them. The sound, while not mind blowing, is good for this type of headphone at this price. And they are actually pretty comfortable, once you get used to them.
they broke within 1 week July 1, 2010 Deborah Culp-Hook I was really loving these - very comfortable on the ear. I had hoped they were the answer to the happy medium between earbuds (hate them) and headphones (too bulky). Unfortunately, when taking them off in the first week of ownership the earpiece snapped off. Hopefully, amazon or phillips will replace them.
