These are the most comfortable in-the-ear earbuds I have worn and they don't fall out. I have small ears and always had a problem with finding earbuds that fit. If you're looking for great sounding, comfortable in-the-ear headphones at a decent price, these are for you.

I bought these to replace a cheap pair of Sony earbuds. I love these! They are so incredibly comfortable and they definitely block out outside noise! I'm able to hear my music over the tv, people talking, etc. without having to turn the volume all the way up! I would definitely recommend these to everyone!! The blue color of the earbuds is more of a purple-blue to me, but I still love them!! Great buy!

The sound is great and these are by far the most comfortable earbuds I've ever had. I normally have to take earbuds out pretty often because they're made for giants and they try to murder my ears from the inside. Not these. These are perfect for my (apparently freakishly small) ears.
Also, if I'm lying down, they actually stay in my ears instead of popping out every two seconds. It's like magic.

I usually keep a pair of earbuds for about one month before I trash them and try another because I have very small ear canals. Most designs are too large, fit improperly, or just hurt. Even ones that have different size coverings that can be swapped out haven't helped me.
Well, I just hit seven months with these, and I LOVE THEM. Extremely comfortable, great sound, and they fit perfectly. They also stay put while I exercise. No shorts in the wires, no pain in my ears, and they are cute. If I buy another pair of earbuds, it'll be because I wore these out, not because I threw them out.
